What is a credit?
One credit is one successful Creaneo AI request and response. An agent task may make several requests, including tool follow-ups. Failed responses are refunded. Your own Codex or Claude CLI usage is billed by its provider, separately.
Do unused daily credits roll over?
The 100 free requests are a one-time allowance, not a daily grant. Paid plan allowances reset daily (UTC) and weekly (Monday UTC). Purchased credits stay saved but require an active subscription to use.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. You'll keep your plan benefits until the end of your billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
After the 100 free requests, subscribe to continue. Subscribers can wait for allowance renewal or buy additional credits. IDE, web chat and Creaneo CLI share one account balance.
